We have never been more connected – and further apart from each other. Choreographers and dancers Travis Clausen-Knight and James Pett explore the tension between the virtual and the human in a moving new dance film.
South African-born Travis Clausen-Knight has danced for Wayne McGregor CBE, Michael Clark, Matthew Bourne, Bawren Tavaziva, Holly Noble, Tim Podesta and Alexander Whitley, performing on some of the world’s biggest stages. As a choreographer, Travis was awarded the 2020 Korean International Contemporary Dance Competition Award for best choreography. His choreographies have premiered internationally in Japan, Australia, Italy, Korea and London. He has collaborated with fashion designers and brands including Nick Knight, Gareth Pugh, Demo Fashion, Kawakey, COS and Cerruti 1881. Travis has been an Associate Artist at Fabula Collective since 2019, presenting several stage works as well as creating two short dance films with the company.
